GROUP Exercise CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Spin: This 45 minute stationary bike class is led by an instructor who takes you for an imaginary training ride. You are in total control of the intensity of your session. First timers, as well as highly trained athletes, can both get excellent workouts in the same class!
Yogalates:A more dynamique active yoga flow to music to help your stretch and burn calories!
Zumba : Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International music- dance themes creating a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness workout! The routines feature aerobic/ fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.
Tabata :Tabata is High Intensity Interval training where one performs a short burst of high-intensity (or max-intensity) exercise followed by a brief low-intensity activity repeatedly to rev your metabolism for optimal fat burning!
Yoga/ Flow: Yoga flow will tone, strengthen and rinse your body, clear your mind and leave you with a sense of accomplishment and empowerment.
Hot booty Ballet :This class with shape, tone stretch sculpt your booty muscles thanks to the use of resistance bands. No dance or Ballet experience needed!
Ab Challenge:Core focused cardio and strength training.
Body Sculpt / Sculpt Express: Full body workout using muscle toning equipment
Bootcamp : Designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals over a 1-hour period of time.
